Chefs’ Table Everyone is clamoring for a spot at the
Chefs’ Table, considered by some to be the best seat in the house at
Grapes on Main. Situated for a close-up view of what is happening in the
kitchen, guests enjoy a unique show and a specially prepared Chefs’
Table seven-course dinner.
The Chefs’ Table seats 4-8 food lovers
and includes:
- The personal attention of our own Sommelier Ben Petersen that
includes a trip to our wine vault to select the wines for the evening
- Wedgwood china and Gorham silver, Riedel glassware, damask
tablecloths and napkins
- Seven-course dinner at $100 per person with an explanation of each
course provided
- Menu customization: we’ll fax you a form ahead of time so you can
let us know of any dietary restrictions or food preferences
- Chef Sarah or Chef Calvin on hand during your dining experience
